A – EFFLORESCENCE IS A CHALKY-WHITE POWDER THAT APPEARS ON CONCRETE WALLS WHEN THERE’S A EXCESSIVE AMOUNT OF WATER IN OR ON THE CONCRETE. IT’S THE WATER REACTING WITH THE MINERALS IN THE CONCRETE AND IS A GREAT INDICATION OF FOUNDATIONS DAMAGE

Q – DO YOU OPEN THE DRYWALL UP AND RE INSTALL IT AFTER THE WORK IS COMPLETE?

Q - I’M TOLD INJECTION IS A “BUBBLE GUM” REPAIR AND IT MUST BE EXCAVATED.
A – TRADITIONALLY EXCAVATION IS THE ONLY OPTION FOR FOUNDATION WATERPROOFING, WE BELIEVE EXCAVATION IS A GREAT OPTION FOR WATER PROOFING BUT ISN’T THE ONLY OPTION. INJECTION IS EXTREMELY COST EFFECTIVE AND IS A COMMERCIAL LEVEL REPAIR
